Mulberry Grove is a family owned business that focuses on a family oriented philosophy for its residents. Because we are locally owned and operated, our values are determined by residents' needs, not corporate goals.
The late Roger Glass, Sr. had the initial vision for the establishment of Mulberry Grove. With his own parents aging and rapid growth of the senior population, he saw a need. During the early stages of development, he shared this vision with his daughter, Patti Glass Moody, and thus began a partnership towards its' opening in October 1997.
Administrator, Patti Glass Moody, was born in Greensboro, GA; however, she moved to Oconee County at an early age and has made it her home. She graduated from Oconee County High School and obtained her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia. She is married to Mike Moody, who is also a part of Mulberry Grove, providing transport and overall daily maintenance of the facility.
Mulberry Grove can give you the best of both worlds by providing the privacy you desire and the service you may need. It is for those who need some assistance, but do not require the care of a skilled nursing facility. Quality of life has been our first priority for two decades! It is our mission to maintain an excellent quality of life for our residents by providing the amount of personal care necessary to promote independence. It is our goal to assist in the continued growth and overall well-being of our residents.
