I have called Mulberry Grove my home for 15 years and enjoyed every day, week, month and year! Through many seasons, trials and illnesses the staff has always been wonderful and attentive. Both the residents and staff of Mulberry were my greatest comfort through these times. I have also thoroughly enjoyed the gardens! Mrs. Patti, the best administrator in all the industry, granted me a flower bed... that of which I took an acre. I am proud to call this place my home. It's been over 4 years now since my mom moved here and both of us have been happy from day 1. The staff has been wonderful- I am truly thankful for everyone that works here. My mom loves the small town feel of Statham. I love the 24 hour care that she gets. She loves the entertainment & activities. I love the fact that it's close to Athens-makes picking her up for doctor's visits & for shopping/meals quick and easy. But mainly, we both love that it's not just a place to live, it's a place that she calls home. When we come back from an excursion and see Mulberry, she'll often jokingly say, "This looks like a nice place, let's stop in here." ~Cord Brattain, Family member
For one who hated to leave home after living comfortable and happy in it for over 30 years, it was a most difficult experience to change to an assisted living facility. I am reminded of the late, Mrs. Gloria Hitchcock who said at a Thanksgiving get together one year that she was SO thankful to be a resident at beautiful Mulberry Grove. I, too, am thankful to be here! Patti does everything possible to make us feel we "are family," loved and at home. She has a good staff and is so fortunate to have a wonderful, talented- plus right hand in Jessica McClure. So many times she has helped me. And Mike! He's the best transport driver for those who don't have a handy relative available. We are blessed to have a beautiful family atmosphere here at Mulberry Grove. ~Frances Thornton, Resident
My mother, Ruth McDaris, has been a resident at Mulberry Grove since 2008. Even though it was difficult for her to leave the family farm, she quickly called Mulberry "home." The staff is the best! They tenderly care for my mother as if she were their own. With excellent personal care, a variety of social activities that are both fun and stimulating, as well as preparing delicious home cooked meals that she enjoys. The facility as a whole and the individual rooms are kept clean and well maintained. Consistent communication and genuine concern for the over all well being of my mother is of utmost priority to the people there. When asked what I like about Mulberry Grove, my first thought is, EVERYTHING! I appreciate that the staff and fellow residents are kind and caring. I like that it is in my home community. I enjoy having all my meals prepared for me. I am grateful that the view outside my window has pretty landscaping and flowers with a cat, squirrels, and birds that entertain me. I enjoy being with the other residents who are near my age and may share similar histories. I appreciate all of the effort that it made to provide activities that are fun and entertaining- whether it be musical performances, games, outings, competitions, or special occasions that my family can attend. Mulberry is an extremely warm and pleasant place to live.

The statement that I often hear that describes Mulberry Grove Senior Living is, "This is where I want to live one day." And after my mother made Mulberry Grove her home, I understand why. She feels safe and secure here, surrounded by a staff of caring persons who respect each resident for their individuality. At Mulberry Grove my mother is provided with various opportunities to engage her mind, exercise her body, socialize with others at musical presentations, etc., enjoy the fun of weekly outings or just "take it easy."
